Chalk Design & Build, run by Lloyd Wright, is a Project Management based company.

We deliver people their dreams. A wide and varied experience within the construction industry has enabled us to provide a bespoke and tailored service unique to the client. A service specific to the type of project and the needs of the customer.

With a large and supportive group of specialist contractors within the various build elements such as Mechanical, Electrical, Fixtures and Fittings, specialist build and general building works, partitioning, glazing and bespoke joinery.
